  • Application Period: 22 July to 11 August 2025 (until 5 pm)
  • Prelims Exam (Stage I): 14 September 2025 (Sunday)
  • Mains Exam (Stage II): 27 September 2025 (Sunday)
  • Result of Prelims: Expected on 4 October 2025

📌 Vacancies & Salary

  • Total Posts: ~3,500 Nursing Officer vacancies across AIIMS institutes, CNCI, NITRD, AIIPMR, and NITRD Mumbai.
  • Pay Scale: Pay Level 7 (Pre-revised Pay Band‑2, ₹9,300–₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600). Total salary including allowances approximately ₹44,900–₹70,000/month

👩‍⚕️ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Age

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years (as on closing date)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: +5 yrs
    • OBC: +3 yrs
    • PWBD: up to 10 yrs (max age cap 56 yrs)
    • Additional relaxations for Ex‑servicemen and central govt employees as per norms

🎓 Educational Qualification

Either:

  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / Post‑Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an AICTE‑recognized institution; and registered with State / Indian Nursing Council
    Or:
  • Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM), with 2 years’ experience in at least a 50-bed hospital after qualification + registration with Nursing Council

🏳️ Nationality

  • Indian citizen only. Applicants must have valid proof of nationality

📝 Application Fee

  • General / OBC: ₹3,000
  • SC / ST / EWS: ₹2,400
  • PwBD candidates: Exempted

🔍 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Stage I – Prelims (CBT)

  • 100 MCQs, 90 minutes
  • Subjects:
    • General Knowledge & Aptitude – 20 Qs (20 marks, ~18 min)
    • Nursing Syllabus – 80 Qs (80 marks, ~72 min)
  • Marking Scheme: +1 per correct, –⅓ per wrong answer
  • Objective is qualifying only; shortlisted candidates will proceed to Mains

Stage II – Mains (CBT)

  • 160 MCQs, 180 minutes (3 hours)
  • Entirely based on detailed nursing subjects (case-based and objective)
  • Same marking scheme as Prelims
  • Final merit based on Mains performance, followed by document verification and medical examination.

  • Mains: Advanced nursing knowledge, case scenarios, and critical nursing competencies aligned with B.Sc/Diploma syllabus.

  2. Register with valid email and mobile number.
  3. Fill personal, educational, and experience details.
  4. Upload scanned documents: photo, signature, nursing registration certificate, educational certificates, experience certificate (for diploma holders).
  5. Pay the application fee.
  6. Submit and download confirmation page and fee receipt for future reference
