2. Skill Test – practical proficiency in the respective trade
3. Document Verification before final merit list

💰 Salary Structure & Job Benefits

• Entry pay scale: Grade‑IV Artisan posts, pay range ₹29,500 to ₹65,000/month plus allowances
• Initially appointed on temporary basis for one year on consolidated wages; upon successful probation, regularized into permanent Grade‑IV cadre
• Standard PSU perks including PF, medical, performance incentives, etc.
