📝 Job Description
As an Assistant Public Prosecutor with JPSC, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing the State in criminal proceedings before trial courts
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents such as charge sheets, appeals, and bail applications
- Coordinating with law enforcement agencies and gathering evidence
- Advising and assisting the Government Advocate/Crown Prosecutor
- Handling case load management under court supervision
- Preparing and executing court submissions with strong legal and factual backing
- Ensuring adherence to Criminal Procedure Code and Indian Evidence Act standards
