👥 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on July 14, 2025)

• Grade A: 21–30 years (born between July 14, 1995 – July 15, 2004)
• Grade B: 25–33 years (born between July 14, 1992 – July 15, 2000)

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Grade A (General):
  • Graduation (Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business/Engineering) with ≥60% (50% SC/ST/PwBD) OR professional qualifications (CS/CA/CMA/CFA/MBA/PGDM/MCA)
• Grade B – General:
  • Graduation with ≥60% + minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• Grade B – Legal:
  • LLB (50%) + enrolled with Bar Council + ≥5 years legal experience (e.g. banking, NBFCs, financial institutions)
• Grade B – IT:
  • B.Tech/B.E/MCA (Computer Science/IT/Electronics, 60%) + ≥5 years in IT roles (Python/R, AI/ML, web dev, security)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Grade A: Approx ₹100,000/month
• Grade B: Approx ₹115,000/month
• In-hand salary + perks: CTC ranges ₹19–21 lakh (Grade A) and ₹23.5–26 lakh (Grade B)

🧭 Selection Process

1. Phase I: Online objective test (200 marks; English, reasoning, quant, computer knowledge, GA, MSME policy, plus stream-specific)
2. Phase II:
   • General (Grades A & B): English Descriptive + MSME Finance objective & descriptive.
   • Legal (B): English + Law objective & descriptive
   • IT (B): English + IT/Computer objective & descriptive
3. Psychometric Test (post Phase II, results considered in interview)
4. Personal Interview – 100 marks, includes extracurricular achievements
5. Document Verification & Medical Fitness

📝 Application Fees

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,100 (₹925 fee + ₹175 intimation)
• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (intimation only)
• SIDBI Staff: Nil

📋 Application Process

1. Visit sidbi.in → Careers → Advertisement No. 03/Grade ‘A’ & ‘B’ /2025‑26
2. Register between July 14 – August 11, 2025
3. Upload photo, signature, thumb impression & handwritten declaration
4. Fill details & pay fee via net-banking, UPI, card
5. Review & submit, then download confirmation and fee receipt
