Strategic Background

• The M1-S is essentially a rebadged ION Mobility model—originally known as the ION M1-S. TVS had invested in ION Mobility, later divested, but retained the IP rights.
• This teaser marks TVS’s entry into the maxi-scooter EV segment, expanding their EV offerings beyond the iQube and TVS X models.
• The product was teased on TVS Indonesia’s official channels, and while an India launch hasn’t been confirmed, it’s considered likely in the near future.
